Return Policy

 

We stand behind the quality of every product we are selling. We hope you are satisfied with our products.

 

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you are able to return the item for a refund. You can contact us for a return request within 30 days after delivery or within 40 days after purchase.

The returned item must be new, unused, and in its original condition and original package. Please simply contact us to apply for a return authorization before the return. You will be responsible for the return shipping fee. Please note that we are unable to provide the prepaid return shipping label.

 

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us and provide the necessary photos and documentation to illustrate the problem within 30 days after the purchase. We will arrange a refund or replacement for you after confirming the problem.

 

Order Cancellation

 

We will process your order within 24 hours. You are able to cancel your order within 24 hours. If you want to cancel your order after 24 hours or after the shipping, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee and a 25% re-stocking fee.

 

Change Address

 

You are responsible to provide MAXYOYO with the correct shipping information to ensure successful shipping. If you want to change your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. We do not support changing the shipping address after the shipment. And we are not responsible for any unsuccessful delivery due to the incorrect shipping information.

 

Exchange Policy

 

You can exchange the product within 24 hours of placing the order. Please email us to request an exchange. If you want to exchange the product after 24 hours of the order or after the shipment, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee and a 25% re-stocking fee.

 

 

If you want to exchange goods after receiving them, please keep all items and packaging materials until your exchange request is approved. If your replacement product is out of stock, we will notify you immediately after the estimated arrival date, or we may recommend a suitable replacement product to you.

 

For product exchange, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee. Please note that we are unable to provide the prepaid return shipping label.

Refund Policy

 After we received the returned product and confirm the issue, we will arrange a refund for you. Please allow 48 hours to process the refund. The refund arrival time might be different according to the different credit card centers.

Please note

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
